Apartments. Designed to serve persons over the age of 62, Rainbow
consists of apartment style buildings with a
variety of floor plans.
Each building contains 10 to 12 apartments joined by a central community space. The apartments allow for a high degree of
individual privacy while offering the comfort of having a neighbor next door. Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call
system, smoke detectors, and a sprinkler systems. Scheduled transportation, monthly housekeeping service, and planned activities are also included.
A noon meal can be delivered for an additional fee.
Apartment sizes vary from an efficiency size of 520 square feet to a two bedroom/two bath of 1230 square feet. Each apartment is equipped with range, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Larger apartments also are equipped with a dishwasher. Some apartments are equipped with washer and dryer, and others have access to laundry facilities within the building. Apartments include either an attached garage or covered parking.
- Full-sized kitchens with appliances and disposal.

- Ceramic tile or vinyl flooring in kitchen and baths.
- Dishwasher and washer/dryer or on-site laundry facilities.
